In today’s business and organizational reality,<\/span> diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)<\/b> are critical factors for success and sustainable growth. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this context, and within the framework of the <\/span>Global MBA<\/b><\/a>, Bologna Business School welcomed <\/span>Sarah Bettman<\/b>, an expert DEI Leadership Advisor, Coach, and Speaker, for an enlightening Leadership Talk on <\/span>how to face the diversity, equity, and inclusion challenge in 2024<\/b>. With her deep expertise in facilitating organizational change through conscious DEI practices, Bettman shared essential <\/span>strategies<\/b> and insights for navigating the complexities of a globally diversified working environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a direct and engaging approach, Bettman began her talk by emphasizing the importance of a <\/span>tangible commitment to diversity and inclusion<\/b> as fundamental pillars for organizations aiming for excellence in the 21st century. Through practical examples and personal reflections from her extensive experience in the field, she demonstrated how<\/span> DEI strategies<\/b> can be effectively integrated into business practices, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.
