Digital transformation<\/strong> is radically changing<\/strong> the financial marketplace<\/strong>. A redefinition<\/strong> of all parameters<\/strong> by which financial institutions operate, interact with customers and create value is now underway. The introduction of significant innovations in the financial market concerns all spheres: products<\/strong>, services<\/strong>, operations<\/strong> and business<\/strong> models<\/strong>.
\nAt the same time, companies and organizations operate with “classic<\/strong>” financial<\/strong> tools<\/strong> and models, based on paradigms that exist beyond technological contingency.<\/p>\n

To enable young professionals to face this transformation and to be able to operate in a hybrid world, in which classical finance and new technologies go side by side, we need a practical education proposal: training<\/strong> on digital transformation<\/strong>; workshops<\/strong>, seminars<\/strong>, and meetings<\/strong> with executives<\/strong> from companies already operating in this sector; mentorship<\/strong>; cross<\/strong>–functional<\/strong> collaboration<\/strong> among multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n
