Inspiration, knowledge, and networking for the Hybrid MBA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third edition of the <\/span><b>Hybrid MBA at Bologna Business School <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concluded with a vibrant<\/span><b> Smart Week <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">filled with events and initiatives. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Starting Thursday, June 8, Smart Week allowed participants to engage in various activities, including conferences, workshops, company visits, and networking sessions. The goal? To offer them a practical and in-depth experience to consolidate and apply the skills acquired during the Master&#8217;s program while connecting with successful companies and professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The week kicked off with a <\/span><b>company visit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the <\/span><b>Marchesini Group. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants had the chance to tour the company and then engage with the <\/span><b>corporate speech<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> delivered by CEO <\/span><b>Pietro Cassani <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at the Headquarters in <\/span><b>Pianoro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Exploring the dynamics of such a high-profile reality, and evaluating its internal processes and approach to various aspects involved in production and management, was a valuable opportunity to carry forward in anticipation of new professional challenges. But the day had more surprises for our participants, as they further delved into <\/span><b>business<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and management topics through a speech by <\/span><b>Riccardo Tura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Owner and Marketing Manager of <\/span><b>Dorelan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who shared valuable insights and innovative ideas. To conclude the day, a dinner was organized, providing an opportunity to discuss what had been learned, network, and exchange views and opinions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday was equally engaging for the participants, who had the opportunity to put their acquired skills into practice through a <\/span><b>hackathon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> based on a <\/span><b>real-life case study<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The hackathon promoted collaboration and creativity, challenging participants to solve complex business problems in a stimulating environment. <\/span><b>Motivation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>inspiration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and another chance to test themselves, once again through a hackathon, characterized the final day of Smart Week. Making Saturday spent together at <\/span><b>Villa Guastavillani <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unforgettable was the closing speech delivered by <\/span><b>Riccardo Pittis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a former basketball player, <\/span><b>inspirational coach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and motivational speaker. Pittis shared his experience in achieving sporting success.
