Today “sustainable<\/strong>” is no longer a synonym for “ecological,” but an issue that directly involves at least three macro-areas: social<\/strong> sustainability<\/strong>, human rights, security, health, justice and redistribution of wealth; ecological<\/strong> sustainability<\/strong>; and economic<\/strong> sustainability<\/strong>, the ability to generate income and employment.<\/p>\n

The main challenge for companies in the present and near future will be to adapt a virtuous<\/strong> business<\/strong> model to new market demands. Creating managers<\/strong> capable<\/strong> of managing<\/strong> these new<\/strong> thematic<\/strong> models<\/strong> is one of the goals of Bologna<\/strong> Business<\/strong> School’s<\/strong> Executive<\/strong> Master<\/strong>. These programs are designed on practical<\/strong>, effective<\/strong> and expendable<\/strong> training, able to become a holistic vision facing the technological and mindset change that today’s global market demands.<\/p>\n

Engaging in innovation means not only investing in innovative<\/strong> technologies<\/strong> but also, more importantly, updating<\/strong> the<\/strong> business<\/strong> model<\/strong> by understanding the new sustainability requirements. Companies that are able to<\/strong> combine<\/strong> the<\/strong> transition<\/strong> to digital<\/strong> and<\/strong> to sustainability<\/strong> in the near future will become market leaders and will have a positive impact on society.<\/p>\n

Circular<\/strong> economy<\/strong>, renewable<\/strong> energy<\/strong>, sustainable<\/strong> business<\/strong> development, mobility, sustainable food and fashion are just some of the indispensable focuses of the higher management education at BBS<\/strong> Master<\/strong> Executive<\/strong>. Human<\/strong> rights<\/strong> and the management<\/strong> of new<\/strong> governance<\/strong> standards<\/strong> are issues that today’s managers must be able to address with a new<\/strong> approach<\/strong>, capable of understanding available data and imagining innovative solutions to positively impact the transformation that leading companies require.<\/p>\n
