The course is designed for recent graduates and young professionals who want to enhance their knowledge in this field and acquire the necessary skills to manage corporate HR effectively. The program involves a <strong>multidisciplinary approach<\/strong>, integrating theoretical aspects and practical experience. Taught in English and\u00a0one of the few HR Masters in the world to have received <strong>EFMD accreditation<\/strong> it includes\u00a0interactive lectures, project work, internships, meetings with corporate executives and other non-academic learning systems able to provide its participants with <strong>practical<\/strong> and <strong>concrete<\/strong> <strong>knowledge<\/strong> that immediately spendable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>selection<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>strategies<\/strong>, performance evaluation techniques, compensation and benefits,\u00a0change and <strong>diversity<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>management<\/strong>, and staff training, are some of the topics covered by the excellent faculty of Bologna Business School with the aim of making this Master\u2019s program a springboard for one\u2019s career.<\/p>\n<p>This is the context for the <strong>AIDP Bar Raiser Award<\/strong>: a competition based on the development of a project that aims to offer students of the <strong>BBS HR and Organization Professional Master<\/strong> the opportunity <strong>to<\/strong> <strong>integrate<\/strong> and <strong>consolidate<\/strong> <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>knowledge<\/strong> <strong>acquired<\/strong> <strong>during<\/strong> <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>classes<\/strong> and to build specific skills in HR, the cornerstone of a successful career as an HR manager.<\/p>\n<p>Participating companies engage with teams of students at work on a <strong>real human resources challenge<\/strong>, with <strong>the goal of coming up with a creative solution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Bar Raiser Award<\/strong>, <strong>sponsored by AIDP<\/strong> (Italian Association for Personnel Management) and jointly organized with <strong>BBS<\/strong>, runs between March and May, with the awards event in June, and is the concluding experience for the <strong>HR and Organization Master<\/strong>.
