{"id":73504,"date":"2021-08-26T09:44:15","date_gmt":"2021-08-26T07:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/?page_id=73504"},"modified":"2024-05-10T17:46:47","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T15:46:47","slug":"whistleblowing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/whistleblowing\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BBS has consistently distinguished itself for the promotion of information, prevention and control tools aimed at making evident its operations in conditions of fairness and transparency, as well as for the safeguarding of all the people who in various capacities collaborate in the varied activities of BBS: governance, participants, faculty, staff, the Alumni community and external suppliers and consultants.<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with current regulations, BBS has adopted a new Whistleblowing procedure, the purpose of which is to define appropriate information channels to ensure the receipt, analysis and processing of reports of alleged misconduct relevant under Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001, or of possible violations of the Organizational, Management and Control Model and\/or the Code of Ethics adopted by BBS, of national and European regulations as indicated by Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, as well as the definition of the activities necessary for their proper handling by the Supervisory Body.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to know more about the Whistleblowing procedure adopted by BBS, you can read in greater detail here:<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn-primary font-weight-bold px-4 py-3 mt-2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WHISTLEBLOWING-PROCEDURE.pdf\">WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can submit a report using the channels indicated in the Whistleblowing Procedure adopted by BBS.
