The fifth Innovation Talk of the Spring Edition will host Andrea Falleni<\/strong>, CEO of Capgemini Italy. During his speech Rethinking business processes to enable digital transformation<\/span><\/strong>, he will discuss with Massimo Bergami<\/strong>, Dean of Bologna Business School, and the BBS Community, the organizational change necessary to favor the integration of new technologies with the existing business dynamics. The event is organized in collaboration with Philip Morris Italia<\/em>.<\/p>\n

With 50 years of experience<\/strong> and multicultural commitment of over 200,000 employees in more than 40 countries<\/strong> around the world, the Capgemini Group<\/a> is a world leader in consulting and technology services for cloud, digital and platforms. Andrea Falleni began his professional career in Information Technology in 1988,\u00a0entering in Cassa di Risparmio di Bologna<\/strong> as IT Product Manager. In May 2000, he became Head of Banking Area of \u200b\u200bBST<\/strong> where, thanks to the expertise developed in the sector, he created numerous successful products and technological solutions in the financial sector.<\/p>\n

In 2003, BST is acquired by the AIVE Group<\/strong>, one of the main Italian system integrators, where Falleni covered the role of Responsible for the development of the commercial offer. In September 2011, AIVE BST became part of Capgemini<\/strong>, a world leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, and since January 2013 Falleni was responsible for the Financial Services market for Capgemini Italia.<\/p>\n

Since 2015 he has also assumed responsibility as COO of the Italian market also in the Manufacturing Consumer Products and Retail sector, extending his role as COO also in Eastern Europe for Capgemini’s applications. In 2016 he became CEO of the company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
