The appointment on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th July 2018, dedicated to the Alumni who attended the Masters and to the friends of the School, should be noted on the agenda.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Graduation 2018<\/h4>\n<p>As is the tradition, these two days will start on Friday with the Graduation, during which the\u00a0<strong>Magnificent Rector of the University of Bologna, Francesco Ubertini\u00a0<\/strong>will be awarding our graduates with their diplomas. This year, more than 500 students have successfully completed a\u00a0<strong>University Master\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0degree or an\u00a0<strong>Executive Master\u00a0<\/strong>at BBS.<\/p>\n<p>Together with the Rector and Tony Belloni will participate to the ceremony also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Romano Prodi<\/strong>\u00a0Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Bologna Business School<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alberto Vacchi<\/strong>\u00a0President, Confindustria Emilia<\/li>\n<li><strong>Max Bergami<\/strong>\u00a0Dean, Bologna Business School<\/li>\n<li><strong>Francesca Gino<\/strong>\u00a0Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>XII Alumni Reunion &#8220;Rebel Talents&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span lang=\"en\">After the Graduation, as usual, the Reunion will open with an evening dedicated to celebrating the newly\u00a0graduated. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span lang=\"en\">At 8.15 pm in the Gardens of Villa Guastavillani there will be a <em>charity dinner<\/em> organized by the Association <strong>Chef to Chef<\/strong> \/ Emilia Romagna Cuochi, aimed at funding scholarships for students of BBS next year. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span lang=\"en\">To participate to the dinner in the evening there is a minimum donation of \u20ac 50 per person *; the collected contributions will be donated to scholarships for the participation in BBS Masters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span lang=\"en\">After dinner, music and dances. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span lang=\"en\">On Saturday, July 7, the Reunion will proceed\u00a0with a Managerial Meditation led by <strong>Pier Luigi Celli<\/strong>\u00a0at 8.00 am in the Villa Guastavillani Grotto\u00a0on the theme &#8220;<em>The Season of Appointments<\/em>&#8220;.\u00a0To t<\/span>he meditation will follow a power breakfast in the Secret Garden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\">After breakfast, <strong>Francesca Gino<\/strong> will speak on the theme &#8220;<em>Rebel Talent<\/em>&#8220;, followed by workshops with guests and Alumni.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\">Given the success of the previous editions, this year BBS organizes again the <a href=\"\/graduation-reunion-2018-2\/kids-bootcamp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Fun Coding Kids Bootcamp<\/strong><\/a>, a training experience on digital technologies, dedicated to the children of our Alumni and Faculty members, aged between 7 and 11 years, that will take place on Friday and Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\">Participate in the Reunion, meet your fellow students, meet new people and consolidate our Community, full of content and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Rebel Talent<\/h4>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #212121;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\">&#8220;<span style=\"color: #373737;\">Rebels have a bad reputation. We think of them as troublemakers, outcasts, contrarians: those colleagues, friends, and family members who complicate seemingly straightforward decisions, create chaos, and disagree when everyone else is in agreement. But in truth, rebels are also those among us who change the world for the better with their unconventional outlooks. Instead of clinging to what is safe and familiar, and falling back on routines and tradition, rebels defy the status quo. They are masters of innovation and reinvention, and they have a lot to teach us.&#8221;**<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Rebellion is an approach to life and work that each of us can choose, to create\u00a0our own story rather than following a script written by others. <strong>Francesca Gino<\/strong>, Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and author of the best-seller <strong>Rebel Talents<\/strong>, is convinced of this. During <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Graduation 2018<\/span><\/strong> she will share with the Community of BBS the result of more than a decade of study on rebels in organizations all around the world.\u00a0Francesca will also speak during the Graduation to greet those who receive the Master.<\/p>\n<p>In her\u00a0book, the expert in decision-making processes and leadership identifies <strong>5 rebel talents<\/strong>: <em>originality<\/em>, <em>curiosity<\/em>, <em>perspective<\/em>, <em>diversity<\/em> and <em>authenticity <\/em>and 4 Rebel Profiles (Traveler, CLimber, Pirate, Guard).
