In order to achieve this goal, BBS is developing a strategic plan that features its growth in some business areas, in the development of the corporate identity, in the consolidation of fundraising activities, of international alliances and the enhancement of the Community.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a person who is motivated to take on the responsibility of this role, said person shall report directly to the Dean, his\/her mission being to facilitate the implementation of the strategy, coordinating multiple projects and being the link between the Dean, the School and the reference Stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the office of the Dean will be required to support and collaborate with the Dean for the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>management of business clients and of strategic projects;<\/li>\n<li>supervision of the communication activities;<\/li>\n<li>management of events and institutional relations of the School;<\/li>\n<li>development of fundraising activities and of the Community;<\/li>\n<li>establishing new international relations and projects with other business schools, institutions and businesses;<\/li>\n<li>coordinating the Associate Deans, the Scientific Directors and the School Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Classification<br \/>\nThe selected candidate will be recruited with a\u00a0 fixed-term contract and will be classified at a managerial level (<em>quadro<\/em>) of the CCNL (national collective labour contract) of the <em>Commercio Settore Terziario e Servizi <\/em>(Trade, Tertiary Sector and Services). The probationary period shall last 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>3)\u00a0 Requirements<br \/>\nHere follow the requirements to be eligible for the selection:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>holding a university degree (\u201cold\u201d and \u201cnew\u201d systems, three-year degree, specialised degree, post-graduate degree -or <em>magistrale-, <\/em>or equivalent degree [it should be noted all these refer to the Italian university system]);<\/li>\n<li>at least 10 years of professional experience;<\/li>\n<li>excellent knowledge of English and Italian;<\/li>\n<li>sound experiences of project management;<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of personal productivity software packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4)\u00a0 How the selection process works<br \/>\nThe Fondazione appoints the head of selection and an assessment group to examine and assess applications.<br \/>\nThe selection will take place on the basis of the assessment of the candidate&#8217;s professional experiences as per the curriculum vitae presented and one or more interviews, also aimed at understanding the suitability and motivational aspects. Any other additional selection procedure the assessment group should identify will be communicated to the participants.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the selection, the head of the selection will communicate to the Fondazione the name of the candidate who is more suitable for the profile being sought or a \u201cshort list\u201d will be provided, from which the Fondazione will choose, at its sole discretion, the person to appoint to the position.<\/p>\n<p>5)\u00a0 How to apply<br \/>\nThe application must be submitted by sending:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the application drafted as per the model attached (Alleg_1_Domanda di candidatura), also a photocopy of a valid ID document must be enclosed;<\/li>\n<li>the curriculum vitae, preferably drafted following the European format (Alleg_2_CV Template).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications can be sent within 10 days starting from the publication date of this notice.
