Innovation is a fundamental aspect for the growth of companies and it\u2019s crucial to achieve success and the sustainability of the competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

The challenge of innovation though is often tackled in the absence of clear strategies or the setting up of multi-faceted processes for choosing and organizing R&D and new product development projects.\u00a0 Instead, s<\/strong>uccessful innovators use well defined methods, techniques and management tools<\/strong>.\u00a0 Innovation development should therefore become the focus of managers\u2019 interest, seeing it with continuity and as something that has strategic relevance. Being able to promote and manage innovation today is a key skill in the profile of each manager.<\/p>\n

The \u201cTechnology and Innovation Management<\/strong>\u201d Executive Program allows tackling these challenges, providing the necessary skills to face the issues connected to the strategic, organizational and operational management of innovation, with a systemic approach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The focus is on the tools and methods to successfully manage the entire cycle design, development and marketing of new products and services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The course analyzes in depth topics connected to the definition of technological strategies, the identification of internal and external sources of new ideas, the optimization of the range of project portfolio, the efficient organization of the process to develop new products, Design Thinking and understanding customers\u2019 needs, protecting the value created by innovation.\u00a0Participation in the course will allow participants to strategically analyze and experience the most advanced trends of Industry 4.0 technologies (such as IoT, Robotics, AI).<\/span><\/p>\n

The program consists of 4 modules for a total of \u00a08 days of classroom activities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2 days of classroom<\/strong> activities will be held at the Gellify’s Phygital Hub<\/strong><\/a>, a physical permanent lab with digital techs.<\/p>\n
