Managing Operations<\/strong>\u00a0(production and logistics) is a fundamental competitive factor for our enterprises: balancing efficiency, service and cost efficiency is increasingly harder and it requires continuous adjustments in terms of technologies, management processes and mostly people\u2019s skills.<\/p>\n

Efficiency, speed and reliability of the operations\u00a0<\/strong>processes are the performance areas in which we have to act daily, and this applies to industrial businesses as well as to services. In order to achieve the operations excellence goals that competitors and customers force us into, we need an in-depth knowledge of the fundamental principles of production \u00a0management and logistics<\/strong>, a sound mastery of the technical and organizational\u00a0best practices, on top of being constantly updated on the<\/strong>\u00a0most advanced application experiences.<\/p>\n

Transforming operations into a source of\u00a0competitive advantage means being able to integrate these three elements\u00a0<\/strong>into a consistent vision and pursuing it with tenacity and determination. The course also deals with topics such as \u00a0Operations Strategy<\/strong>,\u00a0Planning and Control<\/strong>,\u00a0Manufacturing Management<\/strong>,\u00a0Logistics Management<\/strong>\u00a0 and\u00a0Service Operations Management<\/strong>. In addition, the course also features three seminars: \u00a0Cost Management and production decisions<\/strong>,\u00a0Change Management<\/strong>\u00a0 and\u00a0Digital Operations Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The course allows improving quality, constantly optimizing processes and eliminating useless resource wastes.<\/p>\n

Attending this course means taking an important step to gain effectiveness and efficiency. Lectures are held by a faculty that includes academics, consultants and corporate managers, plus the enriching exchange of views with the other participants.<\/p>\n

The course consists of 10 classroom days (Fridays and Saturdays), five months in total.<\/p>\n
