Companies increasingly need <strong>people<\/strong> capable of managing the complexity of interpersonal relationships; people, in turn, fully develop their professionalism through effective management of <strong>relationships<\/strong> with others, with themselves and with their own roles.<\/p>\n<p>The course aims to enhance and refine the participants&#8217; <strong>relational skills<\/strong>, giving them tools and mindsets for optimal relationships with themselves, others and their professional roles.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from the assumption that the above cannot be taught or achieved through classic, frontal teaching, the course is based on an e<strong>xtremely powerful and innovative methodology, entirely experiential<\/strong>, characterised by extensive use of here-and-now techniques (group dynamics, theatrical propaedeutics, mindfulness) capable of triggering multi-level learning in people, not only cognitive, persistent and lasting.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, through the course the participant will have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>broaden <strong>awareness<\/strong> with respect to one&#8217;s own relational modes in the three directions (relationship with oneself, with others, with one&#8217;s own professional roles), exploring and experimenting with possible evolutions<\/li>\n<li>broaden awareness with respect to what constrains the full expression of one&#8217;s potential at a relational level (biases, affective knots, limiting beliefs, alibis and prejudices);<\/li>\n<li>develop <strong>sensitivity<\/strong> and <strong>attitudes<\/strong> useful for building and maintaining quality relationships with a high impact in terms of producing value (for oneself, for others, for the organisational system to which one belongs);<\/li>\n<li>develop sensitivities and attitudes useful for quality relationships remotely and in digital environments;<\/li>\n<li>train some precise <strong>personal and relational capacities<\/strong> that are fundamental in contemporary organisations: the capacity for presence, holistic listening, empathy, courage, relational agility, the ability to see relational dynamics and intervene in them (meta-reflection), negative capacity (being in uncertainty as a generative, non-anxiogenic dimension), improvisation capacity, creativity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The programme is structured in <strong>4 modules<\/strong>, spread over<strong> 9 days<\/strong> in hybrid mode.<\/p>\n<p>To make the learning process even more effective and the results more persistent, they are also planned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>asynchronous activities<\/strong> to be carried out via an e-learning platform where lecture materials as well as exercises and further insights will be available between classroom sessions;<\/li>\n<li><strong>digital application follow up<\/strong> <strong>sessions<\/strong> to support participants in the process of transferring learning to everyday working life;<\/li>\n<li><strong>individual coaching sessions<\/strong> (on request) to elaborate in depth on specific topics of interest among those that will emerge during the experiential classroom activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-108739\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ISMO-300x121.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"121\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ISMO-300x121.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ISMO-768x309.png 768w, https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/ISMO.png 894w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accreditation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/equis.png\" alt=\"EQUIS\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bologna Business School is\u00a0<strong>EQUIS \u2013 EFMD Quality Improvement System<\/strong>\u00a0accredited, one of the most important international quality assessment and continuous improvement systems for Schools of Management and Business Administration.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-responsive-container bg-secondary\"><iframe data-cookieconsent=\"marketing\"  title=\"Open Programs\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iNdLW7gdYPc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
