Currently, discontinuity, innovation and change are daily challenges for companies of all sizes, in every sector, whether it\u2019s manufacturing or services.<\/p>\n

In order to meet these challenges, companies start projects and programs\u00a0(meant as group of interrelated projects) in several areas: development of new products\/services\/processes, digitization, organizational change and much more.All of this occurs in a framework of high technological, organizational and competitive uncertainty<\/strong>, where projects and programs are conducted in parallel and share (and compete for) finite and often insufficient resources.The result is a context of high strategic and managerial complexity, one in which effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out projects seem to clash, the organizational conflict is latent, the ability to meet the expectations of customers \u2013 internal and external \u2013 is uncertain, and the risk level (economic, technical and relational) is high.<\/p>\n

Project Management<\/a> Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0 provides the tools to understand and manage this complexity at best. Attending the program will allow participants to acquire the knowledge and methods necessary for a wide-ranging management of the project activities, of <\/strong>programs and their most relevant critical points.<\/p>\n

The program consists of \u00a04\u00a0 days devoted to<\/strong>:\u00a0Agile management,\u00a0Risk Management,<\/strong>\u00a0 Customer management,\u00a0Multi-project and Program Management.<\/p>\n

The course is intended for those who already have the essential skills of project management and those who have experience of project environments,<\/strong>\u00a0 people who are interested in honing and delving deeper into these topics, to be able to transfer new tools and methods to their professional contexts.<\/p>\n
