Disruption, innovation and change are now everyday challenges for businesses of all sizes and across all sectors, in both manufacturing and services.

To address these challenges, companies launch projects and programmes (understood as groups of interrelated projects) in a wide range of areas: developing new products/services/processes, digitalisation, organisational change and much more. All of this takes place amid considerable technological, organisational and competitive uncertainty, with projects and programmes running in parallel and sharing (and competing for) finite and often insufficient resources. The result is a highly complex strategic and managerial environment, where effectiveness and efficiency in project delivery appear to conflict, organisational tensions simmer beneath the surface, the ability to meet the expectations of internal and external customers is uncertain, and the level of risk (financial, technical and relational) is high.

Project Management Advanced provides the tools to understand and manage this complexity effectively. Attending the programme will equip participants with the knowledge and methods needed to take a comprehensive approach to managing project and programme activities and their main challenges.

The programme is organised over 5 days dedicated to: Agile Management, Risk Management, Customer Management, Multi-project and Programme Management.

The course is designed for middle managers and experienced Project Managers working in complex environments, as well as local companies that use Project Management as a strategic activity to achieve their objectives.
