However, it is important to continually update these skills to adapt to the evolving dynamics of the competitive business environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft skills<\/strong> serve as a solid foundation for navigating fluid and increasingly complex professional environments\u2014this embodies the essence of the new \u201cManagement Frontiers\u201d Open Program.<\/p>\n<p>The course, delivered through on campus, online and blended sessions (simultaneously online and in-person), is designed to develop competencies and abilities that are transversal across all career paths, with a dual focus: on the one hand, <strong>self-management<\/strong>, including time management, personal balance, and emotional regulation \u2014 even in intercultural contexts; on the other hand, <strong>managing others<\/strong>, through tools and approaches for leading, motivating, and developing teams and collaborators.
