“During<\/strong>: how to manage the M&A process<\/em>” explores the crucial activities, strategies, and ways to successfully guide the implementation of the project, covering both technical and negotiation aspects.<\/p>\n

“After<\/strong>: integration strategies and tactics” <\/em>focuses on the dynamics following M&A transactions (sale, acquisition, merger etc.), offering participants tools and experiences to transform post-M&A organizational challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.<\/p>\n
