GOALS<\/h3>\n

The Master<\/strong> in Business Management – Green Management and Sustainable Businesses <\/strong>is designed to train managers capable of leading<\/strong> companies<\/strong> toward new business models<\/strong> set up to meet the challenges related to sustainability<\/strong> topics.<\/p>\n

Full-time<\/strong>, 12-month<\/strong>, English-language<\/strong>, this Master aims to provide all the tools<\/strong> to fill roles required for sustainable production, toward the goals of energy<\/strong> and environmental<\/strong> and social<\/strong> responsibility<\/strong> that all companies today aim for.<\/p>\n

Transforming sustainability and green management topics into practical solutions<\/strong> is a challenge to which Bologna Business School<\/strong> responds with BBS Initiative for Sustainable Society and Business<\/strong> – a European interdisciplinary hub dedicated to social, ethical and sustainability topics translated into management training programs and initiatives – to learn best practices<\/strong> and tools that can generate a concrete<\/strong> and immediately spendable impact<\/strong> in the company.<\/p>\n

The Master<\/strong> in Business Management – Green Management and Sustainable Businesses<\/strong>, thanks to the Bologna Business School’s Center for Sustainability and Climate Change<\/strong> – an observatory on corporate sustainability that monitors 4000 Italian companies according to 67 control parameters -, the work of the Career Service – <\/strong>a tool available to students to identify the most effective career steps -, and the final 600-hour intership<\/strong> in global companies ensures rapid and direct access to the job market.<\/p>\n

The Master\u2019s programme is run in collaboration with the Department of Management (DISA) at the University of Bologna and Bologna Business School.<\/p>\n

WHO IS IT FOR?<\/h3>\n

Young graduates<\/strong> with an excellent knowledge of English who want to deal with green energy <\/strong>and corporate sustainability <\/strong>themes, gaining specific skills able to transform knowledge from academia and the executive world into practical actions, in order to enter companies directing them towards a sustainable management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES<\/h3>\n

Sustainability<\/strong> and green management<\/strong> touch all industries and represent the future: to face the challenges imposed by climate change and the energy crisis is no longer an option, but an urgency. Through this curriculum, students can aspire to positions such as Sustainability Analyst<\/strong>, ESG Consultant<\/strong>, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager<\/strong>, among others, in both companies and consulting firms.<\/p>\n
