The Master in<\/strong> HR & Organization<\/strong>\u00a0aims to train<\/strong> Human<\/strong> Resource<\/strong> professionals<\/strong> capable of combining business<\/strong> performance<\/strong> with employee well-being<\/strong>. The program prepares future managers<\/strong> to<\/strong> lead<\/strong> the digital<\/strong> transformation<\/strong> of the HR world<\/strong> by integrating technologies<\/strong> such as artificial<\/strong> intelligence<\/strong> into talent<\/strong> management<\/strong>, career<\/strong> development<\/strong>, and business<\/strong> strategy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the final internship<\/strong> and the dedicated support of the Career Service <\/strong>– a true career<\/strong> accelerator<\/strong> – participants are guided directly into the job market <\/strong>and supported in realizing their professional potential<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With a placement<\/strong> rate of over 90% within six months of graduation<\/strong>, the Master is one of the most effective international<\/strong> training experiences in the HR<\/strong> field. It is the first inter-university<\/strong> Master<\/strong>\u2019<\/strong>s program in Human Resource & Organization <\/strong>in Italy, developed in collaboration with the Universities<\/strong> of Bologna<\/strong>, Ferrara<\/strong>, Modena<\/strong>, and Reggio Emilia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Taught in English<\/strong>, the Master in<\/strong> HR & Organization<\/strong>\u00a0is one of the few programs worldwide to have obtained EFMD<\/strong> accreditation, a mark of academic excellence and a pathway to globally professional opportunities. The program has also been recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)<\/strong> as \u201cfully aligned\u201d with SHRM Curriculum Guidelines, enabling students to apply for the HR Certified Professional <\/strong>certification exam.<\/p>\n
