Professional Master in HR & Organization"},"content":{"rendered":"

On\u00a0Wednesday, June 29th from 3.00 to 4.30 p.m.<\/strong>, at\u00a0Villa Guastavillani<\/strong>, there will be a\u00a0Master Lecture<\/strong>\u00a0for the\u00a0BBS Professional Master in HR & Organization<\/strong>\u00a0designed in collaboration with the\u00a0University of Bologna – Master in Labour Law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The inauguration of the conference will be carried out by\u00a0Gabriele Morandin<\/strong>, Professor of Organizational Behavior, Department of Management, University of Bologna, and\u00a0Alberto Pizzoferrato<\/strong>, Professor of Labour Law, Department of Legal Studies, University of Bologna.<\/p>\n

The Master Lecture will be held by an international guest,\u00a0Luciano Floridi<\/strong>, Professor of Philosophy and Ethics of Information,\u00a0University of Oxford<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0University of Bologna,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0will focus on\u00a0Ethics and Policies in Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Floridi\u2019s research concerns primarily\u00a0Digital Ethics<\/strong>, the\u00a0Ethics of AI<\/strong>, the\u00a0Philosophy of Information<\/strong>, and the\u00a0Philosophy of Technology<\/strong>\u00a0and investigates the foundations, the ethical consequences, and the conceptual issues raised by the information revolution. The philosophy of information analyses problems in order to design solutions: it is a thriving new area of research, at the crossroads of epistemology, metaphysics, logic, philosophy of science, semantics, and ethics.<\/p>\n

Thereafter,\u00a0Anthony Forsyth<\/strong>, Distinguished Professor,\u00a0Graduate School of Business and Law<\/strong>,\u00a0RMIT University<\/strong>\u00a0will open the debate about\u00a0AI and Management by Algorithm: Regulatory and HR Challenges<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

In this scenario, the importance of training in an international context and in contact with a Faculty of excellence becomes a valuable tool to face the period in which we live.<\/p>\n

BY CAR<\/strong><\/p>\n

From Porta Castiglione take the Via Castiglione southbound and uphill.
\nAt the first bend to the right the main road is abandoned, continuing straight ahead and uphill (the road name is still Via Castiglione).
\nAfter approx. 200 meters take a left on Via degli Scalini and proceed for 1.5 km to number 18.
\nThe Villa is easily identified by its boundary wall and two great fir trees at the side of the main entrance gate.<\/p>\n

BY BUS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bus 59 runs a direct route to Villa Guastavillani from the city centre (Piazza Cavour).

PARKING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cars can be parked in the space behind Villa Guastavillani following the directions of the relevant staff.<\/p>\n
