From <strong>Design<\/strong> <strong>Thinking<\/strong> to <strong>Agile Methodology<\/strong>, from <strong>Internet of Things <\/strong>to <strong>Digital Supply Chain<\/strong>,\u00a0 from <strong>Big Data<\/strong> <strong>Analysis<\/strong> to <strong>Augmented Reality<\/strong>. \u00a0What key skills we should focus on in order to update and upgrade <strong>organizational models<\/strong> and improve the <strong>employee experience<\/strong> in dynamic contexts? What role does <strong>interdesciplinarity<\/strong> play to manage teams?<\/p>\n<p>Exponential developments of our time increase the gap between <strong>skills<\/strong> demand and supply and in order to close it, organizations should leverage on <strong>Open Innovation<\/strong>. However, new <strong>organizational development models<\/strong> <strong>digital empowered<\/strong>, can trigger mentoring and <strong>reverse-mentoring<\/strong> opportunities thus enabling new
