On Wednesday<\/strong>, April 28th<\/strong>, from 6 pm<\/strong> (CET), We will host the virtual event Roundtable – Women in Motorsports<\/strong>, a special event created and hosted by Jule Greta Schulte, journalist and participant in the Global MBA in Supercars, Superbikes and Motorsports, and Dr. Cristiana Pace, who has <\/span>more than 20 years experience in the motorsport industry, as an engineer and manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite there already have been significant changes in the past decades, motorsport can still feel like a big boy’s club \u2013 especially to (young) women looking to enter the industry.
\nWhat needs to be done to make motorsport more diverse in terms of gender?<\/strong>
\nAre STEM programs the way into the future, or are quotas, such as the one FIA has employed for the World Motor Sport Council or Extreme E is using for the team makeup, the only solution? What role will the W-Series play in paving the way of female drivers into upper-class single-seater racing?
\n<\/span> When will we see the first woman racing for the title in MotoGP?
\nHow can sponsors be convinced to back female racers?
\nThese are some of the questions we want to discuss with our panel of experts from the worlds of Supercars and Superbikes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The panel will be held on Zoom and open to current students of the Global MBA class as well as Alumni. To make the discussion as lively as possible, while still maintaining structure, the first hour of the panel will be dedicated to questions. while in the second hour of the panel, questions will be opened up to the audience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
