From <strong>Design<\/strong> <strong>Thinking<\/strong> to <strong>Agile Methodology<\/strong>, from <strong>Big Data Analysis<\/strong> to <strong>Open Innovation<\/strong>, from <strong>Internet of Things <\/strong>to <strong>Digital Supply Chain<\/strong>,\u00a0 from <strong>Augmented Reality<\/strong> to <strong>Neurosciences<\/strong>: what do you need in order to lead and manage <strong>Business Innovation<\/strong>? Which are the key skills in order to updated<strong> business models<\/strong>, <strong>customer<\/strong> <strong>experiences<\/strong> and last but not least, <strong>products and services<\/strong>? What role does <strong>interdisciplinarity<\/strong> play in project management?<\/p>\n<p>The exponential changes of our time increase the skills supply and demand gap, for this reason companies need to bet on transversal profiles able also to enhance networking abilities and opportunities.
