At Villa Madama<\/strong>, the press launch of the “First Week of Italian Cuisine in the World<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

The Week, which will take place from 21 to 27 November<\/strong>, will be an annual event about the Italian culinary tradition abroad in order to promote worldwide the food industry and the high Italian cuisine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The working session will be opened, in the Sala della Loggia in Villa Madama, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni<\/strong> and the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies Maurizio Martina<\/strong><\/a>, addressing issues related to the promotion of Italian excellence, nutrition, equity and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Will follow the speeches of the Undersecretary of State at the Economic Development<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Ivan Scalfarotto<\/strong>, the General Director of RAI Antonio Campo Dall’Orto<\/strong> and the President of the Ambassadors of Taste, Cristina Bowerman<\/strong><\/a>, representing the Italian cooks.<\/p>\n

Several other interventions will illustrate the projects relating to the training, presented by our Dean Massimo Bergami<\/strong>, the initiatives of Gambero Rosso to provide updated assessments of the Italian restaurants abroad presented by Paolo Cuccia<\/strong> and the presentation of the integrated theme park FICO Eataly World (Fabrica Italiana Contadina), presented by the Chief Executive Tiziana Primori<\/strong> and the President of Fondazione FICO Andrea Segr\u00e8<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
