Since its founding in 1930, Allen &amp; Overy has grown to become one of the largest law firms in the world, both by number of lawyers and revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Zheng Hui is currently a senior associate of Allen &amp; Overy LLP based in the London headquarters. He is also the Coordinator of the China Group.<br \/>\nHe is a native Chinese speaker and is qualified both in England &amp; Wales and the PRC. With a wide range of experience in law in both Asia and the UK, he has worked at Allen &amp; Overy LLP in Europe for the past nine years, specialising in international M&amp;A and finance transactions.<br \/>\nHui received his LLB from Nanjing University and LLM from University of Oxford. He is currently a guest lecturer in Corporate Finance Lawat the School of Law, Queen Mary University of London.<\/p>\n<p>During the Lecture, Mr. Zheng will identify key differences in market practices, based on a review of the terms of private M&amp;A deals with UK and U.S. based targets, which A&amp;O advised on over previous years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Be inspired!<span
