Re-imagining Leadership in International Organizations on September 28th – 30th.<\/p>\n

Join AHRMIO members to share experiences and exchange ideas about HR issues in international not-for-profit organizations. As always, this conference presents a unique opportunity to expand knowledge, broaden horizons and networking with colleagues from across the world.<\/p>\n

Developing leadership in international not-for-profit organizations faces different challenges. What type of leadership works for these organizations and is this different for different generations? How does the culture of the organization impact leadership? How can HR support leaders and help them create an inclusive environment? The conference will look at the broader strategic issues but also look at some tools that can be developed.<\/p>\n

The 2015 AHRMIO Annual Conference will be opened by Prof. Romano Prodi, Former Italy\u2019s Prime Minister and Former European Commission President.<\/p>\n

THE MISSION OF AHRMIO
\nThe Association for Human Resources Management in International Organizations (AHRMIO) is dedicated to furthering the management of people in not-for-profit international organizations in the governmental and non-governmental sectors.
\nThese organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, provide the world with support and relief in peace and security, scientific research, development and human rights and humanitarian aid. They are at the cutting edge of the development of new ideas and approaches to the problems facing the international community.<\/p>\n
