The challenges are immense, but so are the opportunities for innovation. In this thought-provoking lecture, Matteo Vignoli, Associate Professor at the University of Bologna and a leading voice in food innovation, will explore the critical role of design thinking and open innovation in cultivating a sustainable and resilient food future.<\/p>\n<p>The session will delve into:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Power of &#8220;And&#8221;: Merging tradition with innovation with purpose to create novel solutions<\/li>\n<li>Designing for Impact: Applying human-centered design principles to tackle complex challenges in the food system<\/li>\n<li>The New Food\u00a0Leader: Identifying the essential skills and mindset for spearheading transformative change in the food industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This lecture is a call to action for the next generation of food leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
