Experiencing first-hand how innovative companies operate means seeing how strategy, processes and corporate culture come to life in practice. With this goal in mind, students of the Master in Business Management – Green Management and Sustainable Businesses at Bologna Business School took part in a Company Visit at Macron, an international leader in the sportswear industry.
The visit gave participants the opportunity to explore the company’s organization through a guided tour of its headquarters, followed by a discussion with the management team focused on Macron’s business model, growth strategy and an open exchange with students.
The initiative was part of the Strategy and Performance of Sustainable Businesses course, taught by Sara Zanni, Adjunct Professor at Bologna Business School, and represents one of the many opportunities for students to connect classroom learning with real-world business practice.
Company Visits are an integral part of the Master in Business Management – Green Management and Sustainable Businesses, enabling students to experience real organizational environments, engage with managers and professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics that shape sustainable business management.
Through initiatives like this, Bologna Business School strengthens an educational approach that combines managerial knowledge, close engagement with companies and experiential learning, giving students valuable opportunities to connect theory with business practice.
